Having worked as a diplomat for nearly 30 years for the U.S. government, I have extensive experience working in and with different countries, cultures, and languages. I have also spent the last ten years in leadership positions and understand what it is like to work in an organization that has low employee engagement, low morale, and low retention rates. Therefore, I help professionals in the public sector transfer their leadership skills to the private sector and those who are willing to grow as leaders and remain in the federal government.
