The Gov-to-Growth program is 12 sessions with a guarantee to help high level public sector clients land jobs in the private sector. The sessions could be weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the client’s schedule, and the success and time it takes to land a job depends on the commitment of time the client invests in the program.

A coach helps the client have ownership of their decision-making by asking powerful questions, listening actively, and showing empathy. A coach is focused on the present and the future. A mentor listens and shares their own experiences from the past and provides specific advice on how to reach your goal. Global Cynergy Coaching offers both coaching and mentoring. You can choose to work with a coach or a mentor, or coach who occasionally mentors when you specifically ask for mentoring.

Yes, all sessions are virtual at this time. However, if you are local to the area, we will consider in person sessions.

Yes, we work with clients in the Americas, Europe, Africa and the Middle East as long as clients are flexible with the session times (the coach and client would alternate evenings and early mornings on their time zones)
