1 on 1 Coaching
In one-to-one coaching sessions, we’ll work together to clarify your goals, identify your values, and create meaningful steps toward the future you want. Using thoughtful, exploratory questions and a non-judgmental approach, we will help you gain clarity, confidence, and ownership of your path forward. These one-hour sessions are designed to be supportive, focused, and tailored to your unique strengths.
Leadership Training
There are 10 modules to this training. It is important to start with self-awareness and a growth mindset in order to fully benefit from this course. By taking these sessions, you will learn how to become a better leader, rise to the top tier of your organization, and enhance morale, employee engagement, and retention. This course can be a 1 to 1 or group course.
Group Coaching
Group coaching sessions bring together five to ten participants for focused, one-hour discussions around shared themes like career transitions, leadership, or work/life balance. Each session creates space for reflection, strategy-building, and collaboration. You’ll have the chance to share, learn from others, and stay on track with the support of accountability partners and optional follow-up sessions.
Career Transition
This one-hour course—available as a one-on-one or group session—offers former government workers the opportunity to connect with other government workers and to explore ways of transferring your skills to another sector. This session provides participants to gain insight into how to position themselves to pivot.
Emotional Intelligence Assessments
Emotional intelligence plays a vital role in leadership and relationships. The EQ-i 2.0 assessment measures skills like empathy, emotional expression, and stress tolerance—skills you can strengthen over time. After reviewing your results together, we’ll identify priorities and build a personalized development plan through six coaching sessions. For deeper insight, the EQ 360 includes feedback from others, offering a fuller picture of your impact and self-awareness.
With my experience as head of the Foreign Service at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, I understand the strategic succession planning process of organizations and the various types of hiring processes. We will help you navigate the hiring process, from the preparation, to figuring out what you offer the organization, all the way through the interview stage, whether one-one or panel.
