Hi, I am Cynthia, a globally experienced coach and former senior U.S. diplomat with over 25 years of international leadership, team-building, and strategic influence. As a Hispanic woman in a male dominated field, I rose to the diplomatic rank of Minister Counselor—the civilian equivalent of a two-star general. I’ve spent my career navigating systems, cultures, and leadership landscapes not designed for me. Today, I bring that lived wisdom to individuals and organizations ready to grow with intention, courage, and clarity.
I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach and specialize in Career, Executive, Leadership, and Cross-cultural coaching, combining goal-focused and client-centered approaches. Our sessions will be guided by what matters most to you. We will build a partnership based on honesty and openness as we explore your values, work through challenges, and find new opportunities. My team and I are ready to help you grow. Our focus is helping mid- career and executive federal government leaders land positions outside of government, whether in the private or non-profit sector.
Why it works: I left the federal government after nearly 30 years, started my own career coaching company and have helped many colleagues find work outside the government. 95% of my clients land jobs within 6 months.
